NISSAN #RogueTrip

NISSAN #RogueTrip

In 2017, Nissan hosted the “Rogue Trip,” a two-day publicity event that was a scavenger hunt, road test and charity fundraiser all in one. Ten media teams drove new 2017 Nissan Rogues, documenting their journey on social media and competing in challenges for points (i.e., bragging rights), all while raising money for charity.

NISSAN @ Midnight

#NissanAtMidnight

To roll out their new line of “Midnight Edition” vehicles, NISSAN hosted a “midnight” event at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show. During my time at Premier Communications Group, I created an original event logo that was displayed across fluorescent USB wristbands, promotional notebooks, media badges, looping GIFs, and other print materials to give the event a dancehall vibe that would rival even the most exclusive of nightclubs. It was even transformed into a custom neon light-up sign for the event.

Title IX 50th Anniversary

Title IX: Celebrating 50 Years

In 2022, NATA celebrated the 50th anniversary of Title IX, which went into effect June 23, 1972.

Challenge
Needed a campaign visual identity and tactics that referenced the feminine-driven aspect of Title IX, while reinforcing the strength and professionalism of the empowered women and other people who fought against sex and gender discrimination in the workplace, and continue to do so to this day.
Solution
Using strong, bold Bauhaus fonts and groovy, retro colors to throwback to the initial era of Title IX (1970s). Included the laurel motif as a sort of “Golden Anniversary” symbol. Tactics included logo and graphics, as well as trade show displays, blog/article image templates, and other digital and print media.

NAIAS Promotional Flash Drives

NAIAS Promotional Flash Drives

Our client (Buick) requested a custom flash drive for this year’s auto show. A small, strategically placed magnet tucks the “arm” of the USB in the back. This is the final product that was handed out at NAIAS in Detroit. It started with a handful of Photoshop mockups, then one was selected by the client; I was integral in ensuring that the PMS/Pantone colors of the enamel matched the brand standards set forth by the client, as well as the production quality of the final flash drives themselves.
I also had the pleasure of designing Chevrolet’s promotional USB for the 2016 auto show in Detroit.
